1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered where a payment has been completed but the purchased digital course or service could not be delivered due to a verified issue attributable to Swayam Digital. Eligibility may depend on the nature of the service and the circumstances of the request.
2. Cancellation
Where cancellation is permitted, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, contact details and transaction information. Once a digital service has been delivered or access has been substantially used, cancellation or refund may not be available except where required by applicable law.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method, subject to the payment gateway and banking processes. We do not provide cash refunds for online transactions.
4. Processing Timeline
After approval, the time for the refunded amount to appear in your account can depend on the payment gateway, issuing bank and payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be available for change of mind, failure to use course access, or circumstances outside Swayam Digital's control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Payment Gateway
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment service provider. Payment processing and gateway-related timelines are governed by the applicable provider's processes.
